The Process
The Ask
TEAM Enterprises reached out to us about a “BizBox-style” trailer to serve as a mobile healthcare consultation trailer for their client, Florida Blue. The goal was to have interior offices to facilitate consultations with healthcare professionals, as well as a photo opportunity and a tech table to showcase the latest wearable healthcare technology.
How We Achieved It
The main challenge lied in how to fit everything inside a trailer without it being too big, but keep it open and inviting like Florida Blue’s brick-and-mortar retail centers. We created a room at the front of the trailer and another in the middle of the trailer, both separated with acrylic partition walls that featured sliding doors. Each room had a desk with chairs, lockable cabinets, and wall-mounted shelving. The bottom portion of each acrylic wall was wrapped in frosted blue to allow for some privacy. At the back of the trailer, we installed a custom wooden slat wall to provide depth and texture, as well as a custom neon sign for the photo op. The portable tech table went on the rear stage with electrical cords feeding through the door to an exterior recept in order avoid a tripping hazard.
The Result
The end result of the trailer held remarkably true to the client’s renderings. Florida Blue launched the Blue for You tour at the annual Florida Blue Classic football game between Bethune-Cookman and Florida A&M in Nov. 2019. There, they provided flu shots, consultations, and health tech demos to thousands of fans during the 4-hour pregame fan zone. Since then, it has been utilized at other events throughout the state to support Florida Blue’s initiatives, such as open enrollment.
