This BBQ trailer was custom-built for Nelson's BBQ to take their food to catering gigs and events. The enclosed front area contained a custom kitchen with food prep space, dry and refrigerated storage, and additional workspace. The rear of the trailer was a flatbed holding their BBQ pit.
