Multiple Manufacturing Locations
Whereas most manufactures have one plant in northern Indiana, Forest River builds trailers in Elkhart; Ocilla, Ga.; Silverton, Ore.; and Waco, Texas. That means no matter where you are in the United States, you can save on shipping costs when you order a Forest River trailer from us. It also means that in the event of warranty claims down the road, you have a closer factory to handle whatever needs to be done.
High Manufacturing Standards
Random units from each brand are subjected to rigorous testing at Forest River’s 20,000 square foot pre-delivery inspection (PDI) building on top of the inspections that all units undergo as they are being built. These PDIs check for issues in electrical, plumbing, LP system, function, cosmetic, codes and standards, rain bay, and other miscellaneous tests. The plants then get daily feedback to ensure every unit being built meets the high quality standards.
