Today, unfortunately, very few companies actually demonstrate that the customer pays their paycheck. Further, after dealing with Dan (the Principal) I can see why team members underneath him are courteous, professional and eager to assist… it filters down from the top correct? Concisely, I needed valuable information about a used trailer I was looking at (this was a non-revenue generating situation for Advantage Trailer) and after talking with several representatives, I ended up with Dan. From the beginning I was open about why I needed answers and frankly, I could not detect any difference in his attitude of service; (even If I were talking about the purchase of a $100.00.00 trailer.) Use this company – if they are this good with a non-revenue, out of state customer (Arizona), how would great would they be while trying to earn your business in sales and/or service.
